Alan Shoesmith FFA (President & CEO): Currently serving as CEO of Western United Mines (WUM), former CEO of a highly diversified group of companies, 40 years of comprehensive financial, commercial and corporate experience.
- Chris Davie (Chief Operating Officer & Director): Significant experience in Cornish mining and the metallurgical processing of the types of ore found in the South Crofty. Has both operations and project management experience for junior resource companies.
- David B. McQuaig, (CFO and Director): is currently employed by the corporation and is responsible for managing day to day operations domestically as well as overseeing exploration operations in Chile. Mr. McQuaig is also involved in evaluating new acquisition opportunities for the corporation.
